Excellent question. Our bacon is certainly not to be forgotten. Locally raised, salt-cured and hardwood-smoked bacon - you really can't get better than what we have. Each month you get 5-7lbs of bacon that never requires a fridge or freezer. Let it hang out from your ceiling or make it an edible centerpiece/conversation starter!
