But what about the Bacon??

Excellent question.  Our bacon is certainly not to be forgotten.  Locally raised, salt-cured, and hardwood-smoked bacon - you really can't get better than what we have.  We bring you a 3-7lb slab of bacon that never requires a fridge or freezer. Let it hang out from your ceiling or make it an edible centerpiece/conversation starter! Since every pig is different, you’ll be charged after harvest for your slab at $12/lb. There are only 4 spots available for the bacon add-on!  First come, first serve, so reserve your spot on our wait list now!
